What others are saying about the Big West Tourney?

Basketball Prospectus actually gives CSUF the best chance to win the auto bid.

ESPN Bracketology which just seems to pick the regular season conference champ, likes the Gauchos.

Come back this week for all sorts of nifty features and analysis as the Gauchos prepare for the Big West Tournament. Before I let you go, keep in mind the Gauchos mission for the week: every game is important. Go Gauchos

I see basketball prospectus is looking at the advanced in a similar way to me, just less biased towards the Guachos. I don't really disagree with most of their analysis except for

#1 I think the reseeding could be a much bigger factor than they are accounting for.

#2 They are giving CSF way too much credit for a QF win.

#3 They are giving UCSN too little credit in the SF.

I like the Guachos, 35-40%.

By the way, the Mid-Majority is a fun site, and 2 out of 3 are picking UCSB. 1 has CS Fullerton
